Your co-hosts

Nicole Frolick is a speaker, coach, and author of Inflexible Me: Expanding Past the Inflexible Barriers of the Body, Mind, and Soul. Utilizing her Four Fundamentals of Flexibility, Nicole shares with her audiences the importance of flexibility in accessing the greatest potential of individuals and companies.

Her spiritual practice has been a major part of her life since she was 17, but only fully stepped out of the spiritual closet in 2016, embracing her deepest passion: spirituality.

As a co-host on Enlighten Up she'll share knowledge from her personal experiences with meditation, third eye visions, speaking with her angels/guides, energy work, seeing the unseen, non-terrestrials, telepathy and so much more. Her world may seem crazy for some, but she'll explain how each and everyone of us can access these unknown worlds.

You can find more information about Nicole via her website Inflexible Me and Youtube Channel.

Lisa Watson is a passionate, loving, generous, loyal, nurturing, affectionate, transparent, healthy soul whose smile will light up a room. She enjoys dancing, star gazing, cloud watching and her whisky on the rocks.

Originally from Boston, Lisa started her spiritual journey at the young age of 16 when she was introduced to and started practicing and studying the Course In Miracles. That journey brought her to Colorado where she has lived since 1991.

For the past 28 years, Lisa’s life may have appeared to be normal from society’s perspective: She was married for 25 years, raising and homeschooling her two sons through 10th grade and worked for the same corporation for 27 years. Although consistency has been the theme of Lisa’s life, all that changed in 2015 when she divorced and quit her corporate job in order to get back on her spiritual path to finding herself and truth.

This second leg of Lisa’s life journey has taken a twist and she is now anything but normal. She has recently taken a sabbatical from her real estate career in order to focus on her new gift of channeling light language and her quest for more spiritual growth and knowledge.

Michael Ronayne

Michael Ronayne brings his opinionated and skeptical flavor to Enlighten Up but even with his outspoken comments, he does keep a very open mind and truly has a generous loving heart for many. His passion is teaching which is reflected in his professional career and truly enjoys adding knowledge to his intellect about new topics that life throws in his direction.

Originating from the Pacific Northwest of the United States where he states 'true men are grown and raised', he traded pine tree filled mountains for palm tree lined beaches and migrated to the state of Florida where he’s been living the past ten years.

With degrees in Atmospheric Science along with Applied Mathematics, Michael’s background is loaded with scientific data making him the perfect skeptic of the unseen and the unknown, especially when he feels like he’s the only one around that can’t see and doesn’t know.

Like many, Michael is challenged daily with a lack of faith for various lifelong reasons and hardships. However, he still seeks to truly understand what else is out there besides tequila, shallow relationships, and life platitudes shown daily on Instagram.

His goal with this podcast and his friends is to come out the other end hoping to truly have a closer relationship with the truth that he knows is very well hidden in this world.

Brian Koenigberg is a designer, restaurateur, innovator, and self-proclaimed history nerd. He is also the Mayor of Skeptic Town. Brian was raised in the Midwest and in the Christian Church.
The church was always a relatively central part of his life, and he was a very active member and leader of several congregations. That is, until 2011 when he had a falling out with God, and now
is currently unaffiliated with any particular god or higher being.

His introduction to true spirituality and the idea of the potential influence of other dimensions or beings was ironically on the first date with Enlighten Up co-host (and now his beautiful wife),
Lisa Watson, when she spoke in Light Language for the first time. While it was overwhelming, it is something that he sees and hears on a daily basis and doesn’t fully understand, but he certainly cannot dismiss the reality of it.

Brian is proud to be an open-minded skeptic on Enlighten Up, and he looks forward to
challenging his co-hosts and our listeners to not believe every conspiracy theory out there. Not everything is a government cover-up. Sheesh…
